Refund requests for Best Buy pick-up orders

Return/Refund Timing:
For Best Buy returns, if your order was returned within the 15-day time frame, a refund should be provided to you up to 10 business days from the date the return was accepted.
Requesting a Return/Refund:
Returns will only be accepted within 15 days of the order being picked up from the store.
Your order can be returned to any participating Best Buy store.
If your order was picked up at a Best Buy store, you don't need to initiate a return online and can bring it to any participating Best Buy store.
If your order was delivered using Best Buy's same or next day delivery service, it can be returned to any participating Best Buy store, or a return label can be generated by a member of our Order Support team.
Return/Refund Method:
Once your refund request has been accepted and the returned item has been received and approved for a refund, Samsung will return the funds to your original payment method.
Your financial institution may then take an additional 5-7 business days to process the refund before it appears in your account.
