Why is there no option to return?

Visit My Ordersand locate the product you want to return.

If the product is eligible to be returned, you will see "Return eligible through" followed by a date, just beneath the tracking status of the product.

Products that are not eligible to be returned will have "Return window closed on" followed by a date instead. Return windows cannot be extended. You can find troubleshooting steps and product supporthere.

If eligible, visit our Contact Uspage to speak with a representative about returning the product.
