What happens if Samsung rejects my trade-in?

- If your device did not meet the trade-in requirements, you will receive a notification to your e-mail with the results.
- You have seven days to request that your device be returned to the shipping address on file if it is not accepted for trade-in.
- Visit the My Orders page to request that your device be returned.
- Once your device is returned, you will be charged the trade-in discount that was applied at checkout.
Note: If you do not request your device back within seven days, the full instant discount applied at checkout – plus applicable taxes – will be charged to the same payment method used for the original order.
